SERVICE HOUSE CONNECTION VALVE resilient seated - soft seated wedge valve
TYPE : Service connection valve - female threading ( inner ) - PN10 / 16
Materials and construction characteristics :
	Body and lid – made of ductile iron GJS-500-7 to PN16 and cast iron GJL-250 to PN10/16, internal body chamber include two guiding ribs what guarante perfect central axis movement, clear opening in the whole inner chamber length
	Threaded connections - accordance to  EN10226-1:2006
	Valve lid – connected to valve body with four bolts with anticorrosive protection seated in blind bolt socket
	Mandrel – made of stainless steel 1.4021 with rolled thread and monolithic construction of the mandrel flange
	Bearing - sealing sleeve – protected against unscrewing,  guarantee multiple sealing and smooth mandrel guiding. Allow to replace sealing under pressure
	Valve resilnet wedge – made of nodular iron GJS-500-7, fully covered by EPDM or NBR rubber. Wedge is shaped to guarantee low friction during often closing and long life
	Cleaning gasket – protect spindle against outer impurities
	Sealing NBR – O-ring multiple stem sealing
Application :
> In installations: for water, portable water and other neutral fluids at max. 60 º C
> Suitable to direct underground installation
> Version EASY - without replaceable under pressure sealing
> Full inner and outer heavy anti-corrosion epoxy paint with min. level of 250μm in RAL5015/3000     accordance to EN ISO 12944-5:2009, resistance for electrical breakdown 3kV including anti-UV      addition
> Quality and repeatability accordance to EN ISO 9001:2008
> Medium temperature - 70 ºC
